The duo, who called it quits in August after four years together, were seen making their way to the Princess of Wales Theatre together. The event was for Elordi's film, Frankenstein.
Elordi, dressed in a navy suit with a red pocket square, was seen holding Giannulli's dress as they walked up the stairs together. A fan shared photos of the pair from outside the event.
Interestingly, Giannulli had claimed that she had moved from the US to Paris last month. It remains unclear if this move contributed to the breakup or if it was a coincidence.
