The President's mindset, he stated, is alien to ideological disputes. He described the nation as united and bound together by traditions and values that run deep into history, mentality, and way of life. He emphasised that any problems in Kazakhstan will be solved according to the country's legislation and national interests, not someone else's guidelines.

The President expressed confidence that citizens and well-intentioned international partners understand this approach. He also noted that the well-being of the country, including the development of democracy, is not a priority for foreign entities.

Some self-proclaimed champions of free speech, including human rights organizations, bloggers, and journalists, are accused of stirring up provocations by finding negative political undertones in everything in Kazakhstan. President Tokayev stated that any provocations aimed at undermining interethnic harmony and peace will be sternly suppressed.

He expressed his hope that citizens and international partners would support this endeavour for the sake of a united and harmonious Kazakhstan.
