Khan alleges BJP implication in fabricated case; denies charges of evasion
In a series of recent developments, Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MLA Amanatullah Khan has denied being on the run and claimed to be in his constituency in Delhi. The MLA's denial comes amidst two separate incidents - a violent gun exchange in Dantewada and the vandalism of an Ashoka Plaque in Hazratbal, Kashmir.
The Okhla MLA sent a letter to Delhi Police Commissioner Sanjay Arora via email on Wednesday, regarding a case being investigated by the Delhi Police. However, no connection has been established between these incidents and the MLA.
The Ashoka Plaque, a historical artifact, was vandalized at Hazratbal. The location of the incident is in Kashmir. The identity of the perpetrators behind this vandalism remains unknown, as is the case with the gun exchange in Dantewada, where a body of a Naxal (Maoist) was recovered.
Amanatullah Khan has also alleged that the Delhi Police is framing him in a false case. The MLA's constituency is in Delhi, and he has maintained his presence there, contrary to any speculations of him being on the run.
The head of Delhi Police to whom the MLA sent his email message is Satish Golcha. It is important to note that no further information is provided about the connection between the AAP MLA and these incidents.
The Okhla MLA's name is Amanatullah Khan, and he is a member of the Aam Aadmi Party. The incidents in Dantewada and Hazratbal, however, are being investigated independently, and no links have been established between the two.
