Law enforcement agencies seek individuals who may have information regarding a recent incident
On Wednesday, September 3, 2025, a woman from Bad Segeberg was involved in an incident at the dog beach Priwall in Travemuende, Luebeck.
According to reports, the woman fell after being jumped on by a medium-sized dog with brown, curly fur. As a result, she sustained a comminuted fracture of her right forearm.
An employee of the water rescue service promptly called the emergency services following the incident. Before the emergency services arrived, an unknown passerby took care of the injured woman.
The police are currently investigating the incident on suspicion of negligent bodily harm. The woman who fell was allegedly asking the dog owner to hold her dog before the dog jumped on her.
No further information about the dog owner is available at this time. The dog's breed or specific details about its appearance have not been disclosed.
