Law enforcement officials extricate a 49-year-old individual from the flow of traffic
In Hamm, a 49-year-old resident of Ahlen found themselves in legal trouble after an incident on November 28th on Dortmunder Straรe.
The events unfolded around 11 pm when a VW driver was stopped on Dortmunder Straรe. The driver was found to be unfit to drive, and a subsequent check revealed that they were not in possession of a valid driver's license.
The vehicle the individual was driving had already been deregistered, and the license plates attached to it belonged to a different vehicle. A disturbing discovery was made when a drug test on the driver showed positive results for cocaine.
The driver was taken to the Hamm police station following the check, and later to the Bockum-Hรถvel police station for a blood sample.
The 49-year-old is now facing charges for driving without a license, misuse of license plates, violation of the compulsory insurance law, and driving under the influence of intoxicants.
