Four Officers Promoted in Wesel's Circular Police Authority

In a ceremony marked as a special day, County Commissioner Ingo Brohl presented appointment certificates to 43 officers of the Circular Police Authority Wesel, located in the city of Wesel, for a lifelong civil service position on August 28, 2025.

Among the recipients were one policewoman and two policemen who were promoted during the event held at the Theater Wesel. Three additional officers were also promoted as a result of their dedication and performance over many years.

The promotions were an expression of mutual loyalty, where the state grants special rights and high job security, and expects integrity, dedication, and a firm commitment to serve the people of North Rhine-Westphalia and uphold the free democratic order.

County Commissioner Brohl thanked the officers for their past work and wished them success in their future careers, emphasising that the lifelong appointment is not only a honour but also a responsibility.

The event was attended by media representatives, who can reach out to the Press Office of the Circular Police Authority Wesel for more information.
