Lily James, the acclaimed British actress, recently took a break from her busy schedule for a holiday in Tuscany. The 36-year-old star shared glimpses of her lavish vacation on Instagram, donning various stylish outfits, including a stunning white plunging summer dress with an off-the-shoulder neckline and an extreme plunging black swimsuit.
During her stay, James was seen sipping a cocktail and enjoying the sunshine, as well as exploring the local sights and savouring delicious pasta dishes. She also posted a photo of herself cooking in a kitchen wearing a polka dot bikini.
However, the actress's holiday was not without controversy. A photo she posted from the Harmonia shoot, a forthcoming thriller directed by Guy Nattiv, was removed by Instagram due to community guidelines regarding online nudity. The blurred shot of the cast, including Carrie Coon, Bella Ramsey, Odessa Young, and Jeremy Allen White, was posted to celebrate the film's completion.
James expressed her unhappiness about the removal of the post, writing, "Instagram you deleted my last post...why..." on her platform. The actress has been open about her fear of getting older, stating in a recent interview that her biggest change in her thirties has been realizing "life is finite."
Despite the controversy, James prefers to keep her relationships private and did not disclose her current dating status in the interview. She was last romantically linked to musician Michael Shuman in late 2023.
Harmonia, inspired by the real-life experiences of Nattiv's own grandmother and her connection to a bizarre cult in the 1980s, is set to be a compelling addition to James' impressive filmography. The film's release date has yet to be announced.
