Lünen-Süd commemorates the third annual family festival
Lünen-Süd, a vibrant neighbourhood in the city of Lünen, hosted its third annual family festival on August 30, 2025. This year's event, organised by the neighbourhood's community work and in collaboration with the local shooting club, was a resounding success, attracting numerous visitors.
The festival, held at the shooting club's premises, offered a varied day of activities designed to encourage visitors to stay and exchange ideas. The event featured games and interactive activities for children, information stands, a fashion show, sports activities, and musical performances by Easy Come / Easy, Vielsailtig, and Tri-Ton.
Anja Valdor, chairperson of the Lünen-Süd neighbourhood conference and responsible for community work in Lünen-Süd, expressed her gratitude to everyone who supported the festival. In a heartfelt speech, she thanked those who contributed to the success of the event through their help.
