Luxury villas at Four Seasons Resort The Nam Hai receive stylish enhancements
The Four Seasons Resort The Nam Hai in Vietnam has announced the completion of its renovation project for the One-Bedroom Villas and Family Villas. A total of 60 villas, designed for guests seeking a deeper connection to the surrounding natural beauty, are now available for booking.
The redesign, led by Hirsch Bedner Associates (HBA) Singapore, reflects a dialogue between Vietnamese heritage and contemporary elegance. The villas have been transformed while preserving the original design by architect Reda Amalou and interior designer Jaya Ibrahim, offering a modern interpretation of the garden houses of Hue, Vietnam's former imperial capital.
The One-Bedroom Villa has been expanded from 80 to 87 square metres, and the Family Villa from 104 to 108 square metres. Each villa retains its signature features, including a timber roof, an elevated sleeping platform, and an uninterrupted view from bed to sea.
The renovation introduces a refined transformation, with a refreshed, lighter colour palette featuring chartreuse and mustard accents and artisanal materials and locally inspired silhouettes. The central sleeping pavilion has been reimagined with sunset-toned ombre drapery and pendant lighting inspired by traditional Vietnamese hats.
Each villa includes amenities such as discreet lighting, Dyson hairdryers, Bang & Olufsen Bluetooth speakers, wireless phone chargers, yoga mats, and 55-inch smart TVs. A plush daybed has been added to the living area for relaxation or reflection, and a second daybed has been positioned for privacy and lounging.
In the Family Villas, a sectioned-off lounge area doubles as a children's room with a sofa-bed, bathroom, and other comforts for young guests. The redesigned vanity counter recalls traditional Vietnamese cabinetry, and the bathroom includes a window that frames the freestanding bathtub. Expanded bathrooms feature a striking interplay of textures and colours with bold Panda White marble, artisanal floor tiles, and a seeded glass lantern.
The newly introduced bay window in the villas allows for abundant natural light, grounding the space are a dresser that serves as a writing desk and night stands with a crackled eggshell finish.
Marcel Oostenbrink, general manager, stated that the renovation aims to maintain a sense of place while anticipating the needs of today's traveller. The villas offer open views of tropical gardens and the East Sea, designed for couples and families seeking space, stillness, and a deeper connection to the surrounding natural beauty.
The renovation preserves the intention of the original design, bringing in new warmth and intimacy while continuing a design narrative rooted in the region. The Four Seasons Resort The Nam Hai has once again raised the bar for luxury accommodations in Vietnam.
