In the cultural heart of Montreal, a series of captivating performances are set to entertain audiences of all ages this fall.

Firstly, Γ‰tienne BΓ©chard, a protege of Les Grands Ballets canadiens' artistic director, is presenting a revised version of the classic fairytale, Snow White. This production invites beloved characters such as the Mirror, the Queen, and Snow White herself, along with seven mysterious figures in a magical forest. The performance will take place at the Salle Wilfrid-Pelletier of Place des Arts from October 22 to 25.

Next, the Trockadero Dancers of Monte Carlo are celebrating their 50th anniversary with a unique interpretation of classic ballet works. On October 16, they will perform a single show in Montreal at Place des Arts, featuring men in tutus dancing works like Swan Lake, Dying Swan, and Paquita, with a mix of virtuosity and humor.

For those seeking a more immersive experience, Quebec's ThéaΜ‚tre aΜ€ Tempo company presents Action !, a multidisciplinary show for ages 4 and up, animating the TOHU's holiday season. This production immerses the audience in the world of a 1960s television studio, with a director, stars, and technicians aiming to make the audience laugh with acrobatics. Action ! will run from December 11 to 30.

Sidi Larbi Cherkaoui, a choreographer of mixed Belgian-Flemish and Moroccan heritage, is also presenting a new creation named Ihsane at ThéaΜ‚tre Maisonneuve from October 1 to 4. This personal work explores the choreographer's family history and the source of a lost father.

Meanwhile, the renowned international circus company, Circus Ronaldo, is presenting the North American premiere of the clown duo Sono io ?. The production, featuring a score of dancers, a vocal duo, and a musical ensemble, tells a unique story of reconnection despite differences, using powerful formulas and original combinations. The choreographer presenting the piece is Shauli Einav.

Lastly, Mathilde Monnier, a French choreographer with over 50 pieces to her credit, is presenting her work Black Lights as part of Agora de la danse's programming from October 22 to 25.
