In Yakutsk, the weekly meeting for heating season preparation took place under the chairmanship of Deputy Mayor Vladislav Sleptsov. The gathering aimed to discuss and oversee the readiness of the city for the upcoming cold weather.

According to the Order 2234 of the Ministry of Energy of Russia, territorial management bodies are working diligently to prepare acts and passports that ensure the readiness of multi-apartment residential buildings according to the new requirements.

Managing companies and TSCs have been instructed to create schedules for starting heat in these buildings. The guidelines state that if the average daily outdoor temperature drops below +8°C for five consecutive days, heating should be initiated immediately.

Other resource-supplying organizations have been busy cleaning 231 multi-apartment houses and 8 socially significant objects. However, the specific organization responsible for this clean-up remains unnamed in the provided search results.

For Yakutsk residents, if their managing company or TSC is not preparing for the heating period, they can submit a request to the Unified Duty Dispatch Service at the multichannel phone number 44-45-64. Residents are also encouraged to contact the dispatch services of managing companies and TSCs for clarification on heat start-up information.

Vladislav Sleptsov ordered the preparation of acts and assessment sheets for a better readiness for the heating season. The Yakutsk TEC reported that 90% of multi-apartment houses have been cleaned, with a significant improvement compared to last year's 89%.

AO "Teploenergiya" reported that 68% of multi-apartment houses have been cleaned by managing organizations. Meanwhile, for social facilities, 96% have been cleaned by AO "Teploenergiya," and 94% have been cleaned by Yakutsk TEC. As of today, 99% of the internal heating networks in social facilities in Yakutsk have been cleaned, marking a significant improvement from last year's 98%.

The meeting concluded with orders to intensify work on cleaning heat networks. The Yakutsk City Administration's circular No 1717 of September 2, 2025, states that social facilities, multi-apartment residential buildings, and administrative buildings must start heating from September 8, 2025.
