In the upcoming episode of the VOX docu-series "Full Steam Ahead - The Cruise Docu", Djamila Rowe, the jungle queen of 2023, embarks on a unique journey with her daughter Jayda (15) and friend Ron Perduss (49). This private holiday, Djamila's first in "felt like 20 years" and her first ever with Jayda, takes place on a cruise ship in South East Asia.

Jayda's behavior and interests, such as her fascination with Asian cultures and kickboxing, are notably different from what Djamila is used to. On the cruise, Jayda was seen engrossed in Japanese videos at home and writing complex formulas on the flight to Bali. A priest on Sulawesi has been announced to mediate between Djamila and Jayda in the next episode, but the name of this priest remains unknown. The outing did not bring Djamila closer to Jayda as she had hoped, and the upcoming episode promises a strong clash between the two.

Ron Perduss, a confidant on this journey, expressed confusion over the wrestling event, as it bore little resemblance to western wrestling. The series, which began this year, has seen Djamila, Hanka Rackwitz (56), a reality star and IBES runner-up 2017, and her sister Antje (59), who has a history of anxiety and obsessive-compulsive disorders, celebrating Antje's birthday on the cruise.
