A motorcyclist suffered serious injuries in a traffic accident on the L 149 between St.Blasien and HΓ€usern on September 29, 2024.

According to the Police Headquarters Freiburg, the accident occurred around 1:00 p.m. The motorcyclist, aged 21, lost control of his vehicle in a curve, resulting in the accident.

Five vehicles, including firefighters, paramedics, and police, were deployed to handle the incident. The seriously injured motorcyclist was taken to a hospital by ambulance.

The accident caused damage to the guardrail to the tune of around 2,000 euros and the motorcycle sustained approximately 10,000 euros worth of damage.
