MTA utilizing Rehsler cooling systems for temperature management
The Lindau MTA branch, operating under the MTA brand, has announced a significant merger with Rehslers Cooling Systems GmbH. This merger, which took place on July 23rd, was facilitated by the MTA Holding Company in Italy and follows the acquisition by the US conglomerate Trane Technologies.
The merger aims to strategically combine the two teams in Germany, with a focus on harmonising business processes and brand landscape under the MTA umbrella. However, the Lindau MTA branch will continue to focus on "Engineered Solutions," setting it apart within the merged company.
The product range at the Lindau MTA branch includes chillers, heat pumps, free coolers, and a rental cooling service. Rehslers, on the other hand, brings expertise in cooling technologies to the table, which the merged company aims to leverage to strengthen its market position and innovation capabilities.
Carola Wolters, the Managing Director of MTA Germany GmbH, will continue to lead the company post-merger. The merger also aims to harmonise the brand landscape under MTA, with the exception of the Lindau MTA branch, which focuses on "Engineered Solutions."
This merger is a strategic move to consolidate the cooling technologies sector and position the merged company as a leader in the industry.
