In the tranquil neighbourhood of Cologne-Riehl, an unusual incident unfolded on the night of Saturday, 2nd August. Unknown individuals allegedly scratched and severely damaged twelve vehicles parked along Theodor-Schwann-Straße, leading towards Flora and the Botanical Garden.
