Multitudes of guests commemorate the 59-year-old anniversary of our urban center
The heart of our city beat with excitement as the 59th edition of the Stadtfest took place, drawing over 30,000 residents and guests for a four-day celebration.
Mayor Henry Richter emphasised the festival's role as a time of encounter, stating, "The Stadtfest is a unique opportunity for our community to come together and celebrate our city's vibrant culture and diversity." The CEO of Stadtmarketing echoed this sentiment, transforming our city into a festival arena filled with amusement rides, a children's area, and a diverse gastronomic selection.
The program included performances by local actors and musical highlights, with Lena Laudon and Jakob Finke from the music school playing the recorder and clarinet, as well as the main acts "Vier gewinnt" and "The Robbie Experience." Reiner Irrsinn traditionally ended the festival on a high note.
The successful execution of the festival was due to the commitment of various associations, institutions, schools, kindergartens, city employees, volunteers, and sponsors.
