In a significant move for the Serie A, Napoli have secured a season-long loan for Rasmus Hojlund from Manchester United, with an obligation to make the transfer permanent at the end of the current season. The Danish midfielder has struggled to find his footing at Manchester United and is looking forward to a fresh start in Italy.

Meanwhile, the action-packed Italian football scene continued over the weekend. Napoli came close to conceding a goal against Cagliari, thanks to a brilliant one-handed save from Cagliari goalkeeper Elia Caprile, who denied Napoli's Spinazzola in the 57th minute.

Elsewhere, Bologna secured a 1-0 win over Como, thanks to a goal from Riccardo Orsolino, who met Santiago Castro's low cross just before the hour mark. Orsolino's fine form has been instrumental in Bologna's success, including helping them win the Italian Cup last season.

In a closely contested match, Roma and Napoli are now level on points, with Napoli leading on goal difference and Cremonese also having six points. Roma's Matias Soule scored nine minutes after half-time in their match against a team in Tuscany, while Napoli's midfielder Anguissa scored a dramatic winner in the fifth minute of stoppage time against Cagliari.

Anguissa, who previously scored a winning goal against Parma a year ago, emphasised the importance of teamwork and winning, stating, "The most important thing is winning and playing as a team."

Atalanta are currently without a win under new coach Ivan Juric, with Patrick Cutrone scoring a goal for Parma to draw with Atalanta, cancelling out Mario Pasalic's earlier goal for Atalanta. Mario Pasalic also scored a goal in his 300th match for Atalanta.

Kevin De Bruyne and Scott McTominay were subdued in the match, with McTominay having a missed opportunity to score earlier in the game. Lorenzo Lucca, who replaced the injured Belgium striker Romelu Lukaku, was ineffective in the match.

Orsolino, who struggled for playing time with Italy under former coach Luciano Spalletti, also mentioned having a connection with fellow Italian Paulo Dybala off the field, which contributes to his performance on the pitch. Orsolino stated that he's always ready to support the new Italy coach Gennaro Gattuso.

In other news, Orsolino's goal against Como was the only goal of the match, securing Bologna's victory. Napoli are set to sign Rasmus Hojland from Manchester United on an initial loan deal with an obligation to buy.
