Border Inn Casino Upgrades to CasinoTrac's Next-Generation System

Border Inn Casino, a popular gaming destination in Nevada, is set to undergo a significant transformation with the implementation of CasinoTrac's next-generation casino management system (CMS). This upgrade forms part of a strategic move to enhance patron experience while operating within a secure and proven system.

The new CMS will facilitate next-generation Loyalty marketing, operations data analytics, and visualizations. The system is expected to materially enhance the patrons' experience on and off property, aiding the business in its growth trajectory.

Cang Quach, President of Border Inn Casino, Inc., expressed his regret for not implementing CasinoTrac's solution sooner. He shared his excitement about the upcoming changes, stating that the new system will provide a more secure and efficient gaming environment for both patrons and staff.

The implementation of CasinoTrac's solution at Border Inn Casino is part of a broader strategy to ensure patrons enjoy their time while the management operates within a secure and proven system. The upgrade includes the programmatic, custom SlotSUITE platform and SelfPAY for efficiency and time on device.

Border Inn Casino will also deploy CasinoTrac's high-speed, Secure, Unified, and Stable PlayerLINQ network. This network will upgrade the casino's slot system, providing a more seamless gaming experience for patrons.

In addition to the gaming enhancements, the casino is also undergoing a property remodel and renovation. The casino, now under new ownership, GLM Gaming, LLC, will be known as Barton's Club 93 Casino Hotel.

Chad Hoehne, president and CEO of Table Trac, Inc., the company behind CasinoTrac, expressed his excitement about expanding the company's footprint in Nevada. This partnership marks the 44th casino in Nevada for Table Trac, Inc., further solidifying their position in the industry.

The new casino partner will also be using CTLoyalty for Patron & Club Management, leveraging CasinoTrac's bonusing, auto-tiering, and reflexive rewards functions.
