New members, P R Ramesh and Madan Pillutla, have been appointed to the board of directors at Cyient.

Cyient, a global engineering and technology solutions company, has announced the appointment of two distinguished individuals to its Board as Independent Directors. Mr. P. R. Ramesh and Dr. Madan Pillutla are expected to bring fresh perspectives and their invaluable business experience to benefit Cyient's plans for accelerated growth.

Mr. P. R. Ramesh, a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), has over 40 years of experience. He served as the Chairman of Deloitte India and was a member of the Deloitte Global Board. In addition, he has served on government committees on corporate governance and accounting standards in India. Currently, he sits on the Boards of several leading companies, including Air India, Cipla, L&T, Nestlé India, Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals, and ITC Hotels.

Dr. Madan Pillutla, currently the Dean and Professor of Organizational Behaviour at the Indian School of Business, previously spent 22 years at the London Business School, where he held leadership roles including Deputy Dean of Faculty and Member of the Governing Body. His research has been published in leading academic journals, and he has served on editorial boards such as the Administrative Science Quarterly and the Academy of Management Journal.

Both Mr. P. R. Ramesh and Dr. Madan Pillutla are excited about their new roles. Mr. P. R. Ramesh believes Cyient is well-positioned for accelerated growth due to its strong foundation in engineering excellence and focus on innovation. Dr. Madan Pillutla, on the other hand, is eager to bring his experience in academia and organizational behavior to help strengthen Cyient's culture of excellence.
