New Season 2 Trailer for High Potential: Release Details, Streaming Platforms, Main Cast Revealed

The crime dramedy series "High Potential" is making a comeback, and fans are eagerly anticipating the new season. The show, which first premiered last year, will return on ABC on Tuesday, September 16, at 10/9c, and will be available to stream on Hulu the next day.

For UK and international viewers, the new season will be available to stream on Disney+ beginning on September 17.

In the second season, the story continues from the cliffhangers at the end of season one. Kaitlin Olson reprises her role as Morgan Gillroy, who finds herself in a cat-and-mouse game with serial kidnapper David Peck. A shocking truth is revealed: Morgan's former husband Roman is alive.

New cast members include Steve Howey as Captain Jesse Wagner and Daniel Sunjata as Adam Karadec. Jesse Wagner is a new LAPD district captain working alongside Morgan, while Karadec is involved in a crime-related storyline introduced early in the season.

Mekhi Phifer is returning for a recurring guest star spot in the new season, but the nature of his character is being kept secret.

The new season also sees the return of Daniel Sunjata, Judy Reyes, Javicia Leslie, and Deniz Akdeniz, who all reprise their roles from the first season. Amirah J and Matthew Lamb return as Morgan's children Ava and Elliot, respectively.

Showrunner Todd Harthan hints at the new season delving deeper into the characters' backgrounds and their unfinished business with Roman. The new season promises a mix of cunning cases and interpersonal drama for viewers to enjoy.

So, mark your calendars and get ready for the return of "High Potential" on September 16. It's shaping up to be an exciting season!
