In May 2018, Hochform e.V., a new association aimed at fostering networking among companies and promoting precision technology, was established at the CongressCentrum Pforzheim. The initiative has since grown, with 57 member companies now part of the cluster.

Measures to support the acquisition of trainees include participation in training fairs, sponsorships between schools and companies, marketing initiatives, improvements in training quality, and recruitment of trainees from abroad.

The board of Hochform e.V. will engage in close dialogue with the Hochform working groups "Personnel and Qualification," "Technology," and "Marketing." As more companies and economically related institutions are expected to join Hochform e.V. in the future, the initiative is poised to make a significant impact on the precision technology sector in the Pforzheim/North Black Forest region.
