Obsession Leads Man from Chhattisgarh to Devise a Scheme to Murder Girl's Spouse
In a shocking turn of events, a 20-year-old man named Vinay Verma has been accused of sending an improvised explosive device (IED) disguised as a music system to Afsar Khan in Manpur village, Khairagarh-Chhuikhadan-Gandai district, Chhattisgarh, on August 15.
