The city recommends downloading the updated NINA warning app, which is offered by the German Federal Office of Civil Protection and Disaster Assistance (BBK). The app is available for both iPhone and Android devices. Not only is it useful for receiving immediate information about dangerous situations, but it's also a helpful tool for informing neighbours, particularly those who are not proficient in German or lack means to obtain further information.
