One-hour countdown until Day 1c Commencement
G'day, mate! Buckle up, we're live from Day 1c of the 2025 Festival Rozvadov's €150 Hendon Mob Championship (THMC)!
Get your cards ready, the tournament kicks off in about an hour. As with every starting flight, we'll be playing until only 12.5% of the field remains - a bit like survival of the fittest, poker style. Yesterday's Day 1a saw 227 entries. On average, about 29 players bagged their chips, around 15 minutes into Level 18.
Late registration and re-entry? Yep, they're open for 10 levels. The structure, without the breaks, goes something like this:
Insight: Held at King's Resort in Rozvadov, Czech Republic, the THMC is part of the Festival Series. This year, the buy-in is €150, a drop from previous editions, and the tournament has a €300,000 guarantee, a considerable increase from previous guarantees. Multiple starting flights are featured, with the top two stacks from each starting flight receiving a €550 Festival Main Event ticket each. The winner receives a prize package to the THMC Cape Town Million, worth approximately €2,000.
