Opening of a customer center in Ohligs, managed by the City of Solingen
The city of Solingen is set to welcome a new addition to its public services with the opening of the Customer Centre OLX. Scheduled for September 3rd, 2021, at 11:00 AM, the centre will be located at Ohligser Market, Aachener StraΓe 21c.
This modern hub, designed to combine service and energy solutions, aims to be more than just an advice centre. According to CEO Leif Reitis, the new centre is poised to create a real service experience for its customers. The centre's goal is to build trust and enable quick solutions through direct conversations with customers.
The utility company, which remains unnamed, sees this new location as a logical step in their mission to be a central part of public services in Solingen. The centre offers a wide range of services, including electricity, gas, water, public transport, electromobility, photovoltaics, and storage solutions.
Mayor Tim Kurzbach will inaugurate the new centre, marking a new chapter in customer service for the city's utility company. Matthias Pelger, head of customer service, expresses his ambition that every customer leaves the new store satisfied with the information they need.
To celebrate the opening, the centre has planned a colourful fringe program. The event will include a wheel of fortune, face painting, and surprises. Existing customers stand a chance to win energy vouchers, while new customers will receive welcome bonuses.
The centre is designed to be a lively meeting point in the neighbourhood, in addition to a hub for advice. The traditional utility company intends to not only advise but to create a personal service experience, recognising the demand for a direct point of contact.
The opening of the Customer Centre OLX is set to revolutionise customer service in Solingen, offering a comprehensive, one-stop solution for all utility needs.
