On a Sunday morning, August 24, 2025, a police patrol in Celle, Germany, stopped a 25-year-old driver of a Skoda on Vogelberg Street. The police detected alcohol on the driver's breath during the stop, leading to the initiation of an administrative offense procedure against the individual.
