To generate income, catering offers within the park will be leased, and events by third parties are intended. A balanced financing concept is being created through a combination of rent, event income, and, although not confirmed, potential admission fees.

The company responsible for operating the Spreepark area and the so-called Egg House after the reopening is ART@Berlin UG (limited liability), based in Berlin. They will oversee the park's management, implementing measures to reduce overcapacities and continuously reviewing operating costs, with a focus on energy efficiency and resource conservation.
