Orlando Trade Show Dates for ASI's 2020 Event Have Been Updated
The ASI Show, a prominent event in the promotional products industry, has made some significant changes to its 2020 trade show schedule.
Rita Ugianskis-Fishman, senior vice president and general manager of ASI Show, announced that the 2020 ASI Show in Orlando will now take place from January 4-6, a shift from its original dates. This change was made to better accommodate the schedules of distributors and suppliers, as well as to address attendee feedback and requests.
Meanwhile, registration for ASI Chicago, taking place from July 9 to 11, is now open. The event will be held at McCormick Place in Chicago, with Luke Williams, a bestselling author and TEDx speaker, delivering a keynote address. The annual Counselor Awards will also take place at ASI Chicago, recognising outstanding individuals and companies in the industry.
The Orlando show will now be held over three days instead of an entire weekend, and will attract a diverse range of attendees. ASI Orlando 2019 saw 4,700 attendees, 600 exhibitors, and exhibitors and distributors from 49 states and 25 countries. Notably, 284 women-owned and 252 minority-owned companies attended the event.
Ugianskis-Fishman expressed her gratitude to Dave Rick and Kelly Albert for their assistance in securing the required space for the Orlando show. However, the name of the person who organised the ASI Show 2020 in Orlando remains undisclosed.
In addition, ASI Orlando 2019 saw 821 attendees from Florida, and 17 distributor companies chose Orlando to host sales meetings at the event. The exhibits will be open on a weekend day and a weekday, providing flexibility for attendees.
The new dates for the Orlando ASI Show mark a full steam ahead for the trade show season, with ASI Fort Worth scheduled for February 3 to 5, 2020, at the Fort Worth Convention Center.
These changes are set to make the upcoming ASI trade shows more accessible and beneficial for attendees, exhibitors, and the industry as a whole.
