PDNW joins in smoking joints, engages in cannabis usage

A 47-year-old man has been reported to the Polizeipräsidium Rheinpfalz following a traffic stop yesterday at approximately 14:40. According to police reports, the man was found driving a vehicle and was subsequently subjected to a series of tests.

The results of a drug test conducted on the man showed positive for THC, the active ingredient in cannabis. A blood sample was taken from the man to determine the exact concentration of THC in his system.

If the blood test shows a THC concentration of 3.5 ng/ml or more, the man faces a range of penalties. He could be fined 500 euros, face a one-month driving ban, or accumulate two points in Flensburg. The potential penalties for the man are part of an administrative offense procedure.

It's important to note that driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs endangers all road users. If not sober, one should leave the car.
