Pending Decision on Implementation of Measures by the Commission
In East Hesse, two separate accidents took place on Tuesday, 2nd September, causing varying degrees of damage and minor injuries.
In the first incident, a collision occurred between a bus and a Mercedes on Frankfurt Road in Bad Hersfeld. The exact time of the accident is unknown, but it happened around 21:30. The bus, driven by a 57-year-old individual from Rotenburg, changed lanes for an unknown reason and collided with the Mercedes. The driver of the Mercedes, a 60-year-old from Bad Hersfeld, was not reported to be injured. The damage from the accident was approximately 4,000 euros.
In a separate incident in Bebra, a 25-year-old mountain biker from Rotenburg collided with a Mercedes in a parking lot on BahnhofstraΓe towards the station around 17:00. The biker was lightly injured and went to a nearby hospital. The damage was approximately 500 euros. This accident did not involve the Frankfurt Road or the B 62.

In a third incident in Bad Hersfeld, a 27-year-old Audi driver from Bad Hersfeld left the road and collided with a guardrail on Tuesday (02.09.) around 16:00, causing approximately 6,000 euros in damage.
