Yakutia's "Yakutia - Land of Heroes" Program Reaches a Milestone

The regional professional training program for war veterans in Yakutia has reached a significant milestone, as the third stage of the "Yakutia - Land of Heroes" program was held remotely on a specialized educational platform.

Led by the republic's head, Aisen Nikolaev, the "Yakutia - Land of Heroes" program is designed to prepare war veterans for work that will contribute to the republic's development. The program offers flexibility in scheduling and accessibility for all attendees, ensuring that everyone can participate, regardless of their location.

During the six-week training program, participants have attended meetings and visited various departments as part of their business trips. These visits have provided them with valuable insights into the workings of each department, helping them to familiarize themselves with the republic's operations.

Now, the program is set to move into its next phase, with individual training and skill practice for course participants. Natalia Kashperskaya, the curator of the republican personnel program, reminded the participants of the upcoming individual training.

The "Yakutia - Land of Heroes" program includes visits to various departments as part of the training program. Previously, participants have visited departments such as the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Economic Development, and the Ministry of Education and Science.

Throughout the program, the participants have been able to adapt to the remote sessions, which have been conducted on a specialized educational platform. This has ensured that the training can continue even in the face of any challenges, providing a flexible and accessible solution for all attendees.

The "Yakutia - Land of Heroes" program is an important initiative that is helping war veterans to transition into civilian life and contribute to the development of Yakutia. With its focus on individual training and skill practice, the program is providing participants with the tools they need to succeed in their chosen careers.
