Person Fled After Striking Woman with Vehicle
A disturbing incident occurred in Recklinghausen, Germany, on Thursday evening. According to a statement from the Police Headquarters Recklinghausen Press Office, a 38-year-old woman from Gladbeck was hit by a car on Friedrich-Ebert-Straße near the town hall.
The car approached the intersection of Friedrich-Ebert-Straße/Hochstraße at high speed, striking the woman with its side mirror. As a result, she fell to the ground, sustaining minor injuries. Fortunately, her husband, who was with her at the time, was unharmed.
