Poker pros Caitlin Comeskey and Jason Koon announced as latest brand representatives for PokerStars
In the dynamic world of poker, PokerStars continues to make waves with its latest moves. The online gaming giant has expanded its team of brand ambassadors, welcoming Caitlin Comeskey, Jason Koon, and Randeep Hooda to its roster in 2024.
Jason Koon, a seasoned player since 2006, has already made a significant impact. He won his first major tournament at the Spring Championship of Online Poker in 2008 and has been a regular feature at the World Series of Poker (WSOP) felts since 2009. Koon currently ranks 3rd on the Hendon Mob All-Time Money List, with over $66 million in earnings, and 4th in the PokerStars rankings.
However, Caitlin Comeskey, another new ambassador, is yet to make a mark on the same level as her counterparts. Her tournament winnings, while not yet on par with the top 10 players, are steadily growing. Comeskey's first cash came in 2022 at the Millionaire Spring Mayhem Poker Series, with her highest cash at Event #7, $200 No Limit Hold'em - Ladies.
Meanwhile, Roy D'Silva, a published author with a decade-long experience covering various beats, including Bollywood, OTT, and now poker, is aiming to be right, front, and center of a significant story in the poker world. An avid cyclist and documentary buff, D'Silva is poised to bring a fresh perspective to the table.
As part of their roles, both Comeskey and Koon will get multiple chances to appear at the PokerStars series all around the world. While no other new ambassadors for PokerStars India have been announced as of yet, the excitement is palpable.
