Police enforce a new curfew for DC's U Street Corridor, effective from Thursday

The city of Washington, D.C. has implemented new juvenile curfew zones in response to public safety concerns. These zones, authorised under the Juvenile Curfew Emergency Amendment Act of 2025, are now in effect in the Navy Yard area and along the U Street Corridor.
