In Delmenhorst, Oldenburg, Wesermarsch, on August 25, 2025, at 3:35 PM, a traffic accident occurred on Am Bahndamm, involving an unknown car driver and a 9-year-old cyclist.

The incident took place at the entrance to Brinkmannskamp in Hude. According to reports, the cyclist was one of several children on bicycles, travelling along Am Bahndamm towards An der Imbake. The car driver, who turned from Brinkmannskamp onto Am Bahndamm, failed to notice the young cyclist, resulting in a slight collision.

The cyclist sustained minor injuries in the collision, but was fortunate enough to avoid serious harm. However, the driver did not stop after the accident, fleeing the scene without permission.
