Police report from Poland outlines criminal activities
In the city of Hagen, Germany, an unusual incident unfolded on Monday, September 1st, 2025. At around 10:30 PM, a 65-year-old man was found lying next to his bicycle in Hasselstraรe. A passerby alerted the local police officers, who immediately responded to the scene.
Upon arrival, the officers discovered that the man was under the influence of drugs. A subsequent drug test revealed positive results for cannabis, amphetamines, and opiates. Additionally, the police found additional drugs and a switchblade on the man.
The man, who does not have a fixed residence in Germany, had come from the direction of the Elbershallen. Due to his condition, he was unable to stand up after dismounting his bicycle.

The traffic division has taken over further investigations in this case. The new head of the traffic police in Hagen, who will continue the investigations, is First Police Chief Inspector Martin Binder. The man was also required to provide a blood sample as part of the ongoing investigation.
