Police say that an intoxicated driver managed to flee from a police checkpoint
In the early hours of Wednesday morning, a scooter rider in Konstanz fled from a police checkpoint on Theodor-Heuss-StraΓe. The incident, which took place at 2:50 AM, led to a series of events that have resulted in the 26-year-old scooter rider facing a charge of driving under the influence.
