Private jet company Vistajet initiates domestic flights within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, broadening domestic air travel options.

In a significant development for the Kingdom's aviation industry, global private aviation company VistaJet has been given the green light to offer flights internally within Saudi Arabia. This makes VistaJet the first foreign operator to provide such services within the Kingdom.

The approval to operate within Saudi Arabia was given by the General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) of Saudi Arabia. This decision follows the lifting of cabotage restrictions by the Saudi GACA, which occurred in August 2025.

Nick van der Meer, Chief Operating Officer at Vista, stated that the approval marks a significant milestone for Vista's operations in the Kingdom. He added that the company is committed to ensuring it adds true value to the Kingdom.

VistaJet's signature Program membership provides customers with a bespoke subscription of flight hours on mid and long-range jets. The company's fleet consists of the largest international fleet of Global 7500 aircraft and soon will have Global 8000 jets, enabling clients to reach any point around the globe non-stop from the Kingdom.
