The Processes & Administration department has seen significant growth in recent years, and the new hire will have the opportunity to take charge of a well-established team, responsible for project management, team leadership, and strategic development.

The ideal candidate should possess a completed university degree, demonstrate high levels of assertiveness, resilience, and structured working methods. They should also have at least three years of experience in a corporate consultancy in the banking environment with project experience in Sparkassen.

Candidates must also have leadership experience at project management level in a corporate consultancy, proven acquisition skills, a sure instinct for customer needs, and a confident appearance with strong moderation and presentation skills.

The team's expertise is particularly focused on IT-related projects. The role includes active involvement in projects and taking over project leadership for more complex projects. The new hire will also be responsible for professional and disciplinary leadership of the team, controlling target achievement, and further developing consulting offers.

The Processes team accompanies Sparkassen through all project phases, from analysis to implementation and support. The candidate should have clear professional proximity and interest in the team's focal points.
