Proposal for shielding workers from ionizing radiation risks has yet to be approved by the Commission.

In an effort to ensure the safety of road users, the South East Hesse Police Headquarters will be enforcing speed limits during the 37th Calendar Week of 2025. The Traffic Division of the police headquarters will be responsible for the speed control measures.

Starting from Monday, 8th September, speed control points will be set up on the A66, direction Fulda, at the Bad Soden-SalmΓΌnster junction. This location is a noise protection area.

On the same day, speed control points will also be established on the B43a, direction Dieburg, before the Hanau Hafen junction. This high-risk area has been identified as a focus for speed monitoring due to its history of accidents.

The following day, on 9th September, speed control points will be set up on the B43a, in the direction of Dieburg, before the Hanau Hafen junction once again. These measures are being taken to improve safety on this stretch of road.

On 10th September, speed control points will be set up on the L3202, Gelnhausen towards Bernbach. On 11th September, speed control points will be implemented on the L3196, Majoß towards Steinau, an accident hotspot.

From 13th to 14th September, speed control points will be set up on the B43a, direction Dieburg, before Hanau Hafen junction once more. This location is also a high-risk area due to wildlife, which necessitates the need for speed control.
