In the heart of Tomsk, residents of a house on Asinovsky Street, 13, have been facing a series of challenges following repair works carried out on the heat network. The latest issue involves the collapse of the house's foundation, which occurred shortly after the works were completed.

The repair works on the heat network were subcontracted, as confirmed by the managing company, RTC. The residents first filed a complaint with RTC on June 5, 2025, expressing their concerns about the foundation's condition. In response, RTC acknowledged the subcontractor's role in the repair works and confirmed that the contractor will restore the damaged foundation under warranty obligations by the end of this week.

The contractor is expected to rectify the issue, as the warranty obligations of the original contractor include the repair of the damaged foundation. This repair work is part of the ongoing efforts to address the issues at the house on Asinovsky Street, 13.

The house's foundation collapse has led to several other problems, including the appearance of mold in the apartments. The residents have been forced to seek assistance from various quarters, writing to the mayor's office, the regional administration, and local journalists due to the unsolved problem.

It's worth noting that RTC had replaced the heat main in the house back in August 2024. However, the problem remained unsolved despite the directive issued by the managing company. The structure started sinking just a month after the work was done, indicating that the root cause of the issue may be more complex than initially thought.

The company responsible for the repair work on the heat pipeline on Asinovsky Street in Tomsk is Tomskvodokanal. Despite the challenges, the residents remain hopeful that the repair work on the foundation will be completed by the end of the week, bringing an end to their ordeal.
