In a recent development, the Bochum Police are investigating a case of dangerous bodily harm that occurred in Herne, Germany, on February 1, 2025, around 1:05 PM.

The incident took place on a train line 306, with the suspects disembarking at the "Am Buschmannshof" stop. The unknown male suspect, who has not been publicly identified, and another individual are believed to have attacked a 22-year-old man from Herne, punching him several times in the face.

A witness, a 39-year-old resident of Bochum, alerted the police after the attack. The suspect, whose image is being sought by the authorities, was later seen returning and punching the witness in the face as well.
