In a tragic turn of events, a 36-year-old driver from Reken lost his life in an accident on Wulfener StraΓe in Recklinghausen on Sunday evening. The incident occurred around 8:45 PM, and resuscitation efforts were initiated upon the arrival of the emergency services, but unfortunately, the man died at the scene.
The road remained closed in both directions due to the ongoing investigation, and the vehicle involved in the accident has been impounded. Witnesses at the scene reported that the man was driving on the Wulfener StraΓe and veered off the road, colliding with a tree.
The police have deployed a special team to investigate the accident, but the exact cause remains under investigation at this time. No further details about the victim or the investigation have been released.
