Recruitment firm, The Adecco Group, names Ian Lee and Rob James as members of its Executive Committee.

The Adecco Group, a leading workforce solutions partner and Fortune Global 500 company based in Zurich, Switzerland, has announced changes to its Executive Committee. These changes are designed to build on the Group's leading global position and further strengthen its services.

Alain Dehaze, CEO of the Adecco Group, commented on the changes, stating that they are a strategic move to continue the Group's growth and success.

Sergio Picarelli will take on expanded responsibilities, becoming globally responsible for the brands Lee Hecht Harrison, Spring Professional, and Badenoch & Clark, in addition to retaining his regional responsibility for Italy, Eastern Europe, and MENA.

In another significant move, Ian Lee has been appointed as Regional Head of Asia Pacific (APAC) for the Adecco Group, including India. Prior to his appointment, there are no relevant search results providing information about Ian Lee's background and career before his appointment to the Executive Committee of the Adecco Group.

Christophe Duchatellier, who joined the Adecco Group in 2010 and has significantly contributed to business growth in the APAC region since 2012, will take over the global responsibility for Spring Professional and Badenoch & Clark. Christophe Duchatellier was key to developing the Spring Professional brand, which will soon have 93 offices in 26 countries.
