Refreshed Leadership at Bechtle's Top Echelons
In a recent announcement, Bechtle AG, a leading IT solutions provider, has revealed significant changes in its top management and the Business Applications division.
Andreas Staudigel, the Vice President of Business Applications and a divisional manager at Bechtle, is set to depart from the company. His departure comes after a decade of dedicated service, during which he held various roles within the organisation and contributed significantly to the expansion and development of the Business Applications division.
Staudigel joined Bechtle in 2010 as the managing director of the Mannheim system house and was responsible for four Bechtle companies with a total of 750 employees in the DACH region. His achievements at Bechtle were acknowledged by Michael Guschlbauer, one of the COOs at Bechtle AG, who expressed warm words for Staudigel, thanking him for his great commitment and outstanding achievements.
Guschlbauer also expressed satisfaction at finding a successor within Bechtle's ranks. Stefan Heim, from Bechtle's own circle as the former CEO of the Swiss subsidiary Aproda AG, will succeed Andreas Staudigel as the new Vice President of the Business Applications division at Bechtle. Heim will take office on October 1, 2025.
Thomas Olemotz, CEO of Bechtle, welcomed Heim's appointment, stating that he is looking forward to his contributions to the Business Applications division. Heim brings with him extensive experience in the IT industry, having led Aproda AG successfully.
In a parallel move, Christian Jehle will join the top management committee of Bechtle as the new CFO starting in early 2026. The division responsible for this at Bechtle is called "Business Applications".
Bechtle has significant expertise in the "ERP and CRM software for SMEs" market segment. With these leadership changes, the company aims to further strengthen its position in this market and continue its growth trajectory.
Markus ZΓ€ch will succeed Stefan Heim as the CEO of Aproda, which is a merged subsidiary of two Bechtle subsidiaries. The changes in leadership at Bechtle and its subsidiaries reflect the company's commitment to fostering talent from within and driving growth through strategic leadership.
