Renter discovered for the eatery within Bürgerhaus Wieseck established
The town of Wieseck is set to welcome a new culinary and social hotspot with the upcoming opening of "Wieseck BürgerTreff". The beer garden, scheduled for the summer, and the catering establishment, set to open in the fall, will be operated by Adnan Topcu and his team.
Topcu, the owner of a service agency for private events, brings a wealth of experience in catering and event organization to the table. His partner, chef Davut Akar, will be responsible for crafting a menu that promises traditional German dishes like Beef roulade, pork roast, and cheese spaetzle, as well as options for families and children, vegans and vegetarians, and seasonally changing specialties.
The Stadtwerke GmbH (SHG) put out a tender for the catering business in Bürgerhaus Wieseck by the end of March, and out of ten applications, the concept submitted by Topcu and Akar was chosen. The supervisory board was unanimously convinced by the duo's ideas and concept, aligning with SHG's expectations for the development of the Bürgerhaus and the catering establishment.
Astrid Eibelshäuser, city councilor and chairwoman of the supervisory board of the Stadtwerke GmbH, thanked all applicants for their interest and commitment. The new operators aim to make "Wieseck BürgerTreff" a meeting point for Wieseck residents, athletes, associations, cyclists, and day-trippers, and a reliable partner for organizing corporate events and private parties.
The prices at "Wieseck BürgerTreff" will be affordable for all guests, and the duo plans to establish themselves as a culinary, social, and cultural meeting point in Wieseck. The beer garden is expected to start as soon as possible, in July or August, with the restaurant following in the fall.
More details about the location of Bürgerhaus Wieseck and specifics about the cuisine or menu were not immediately available. However, the new operators are excited to bring their vision to life and contribute to the vibrant community of Wieseck.
