The local administration of Sonnenberg will be temporarily relocating its services to the Ortsverwaltung Bierstadt, PoststraΓe 11 a, starting from Monday, September 8, 2025. This move is a result of extensive renovation works that have progressed up to the shell of the building in Sonnenberg.
The renovation works, caused by water damage, are expected to last approximately three months. During this period, the local administration Sonnenberg's services will maintain the same opening times as in Sonnenberg, with offices available on Tuesdays from 8 am to 12 pm and 2 pm to 4 pm, and on Thursdays from 8 am to 12 pm.
The city administration apologizes for any inconvenience caused to citizens in Rambach and Sonnenberg and asks for understanding regarding the closure of the local administration in Sonnenberg. Citizens can contact the responsible department or office of the local administration Sonnenberg with any questions during this period.
A call forwarding system will be set up for the employees of the local administration Sonnenberg to ensure smooth communication. The closure does not affect the availability of emails, and emails can still be sent to [email protected].
The local court in Sonnenberg is not affected by the renovation works and can be reached at the usual times through its separate entrance. The local court can be contacted via known contact addresses.
