In the heart of Osnabrück, preparations are underway for the much-anticipated 38th Lower Saxony Day, scheduled from August 29 to 31, 2025. One of the highlights of this year's event is an exclusive etching titled "Lower Saxony Guest in Osnabrück - Osnabrück Makes it Possible!".

Created by local artist Reinhard Klink, this limited edition etching combines art, city identity, and regional history. The etching, printed on high-quality 300g paper in a 40 x 26 cm (portrait) format, features a symbolic combination of the Lower Saxony horse and the cityscape of the Peace City.

The actual image in the etching measures approximately 16 x 18 cm. This unique piece is not just a high-quality artistic souvenir, but also a lasting memento of the Lower Saxony Day in Osnabrück, as stated by Daniela Leimkuhler, head of the Tourism Information.

Sales for the etching will begin on Monday, August 25, 2025, at the Tourism Information in Bierstraße 22-23. Each etching is a part of a limited edition of 100, signed and numbered. A framed sample of the etching will be on display at the Tourism Information from the start of sales.

Interestingly, the artist who created this special edition etching is not explicitly mentioned in the available search results. However, a related art project involved 21 regional artists contributing to the artistic decoration of a building for the event. Among these artists are Katrin Lazaruk, Nine Gerhard, and Sarah Marie Caroline Dahm.

Reinhard Klink will be present at the event weekend at the TH. Huelsmeier art gallery, giving visitors a chance to meet the artist behind this beautiful etching. For art enthusiasts and history buffs, this is an opportunity not to be missed.

Priced at 75 euros, the etching is an affordable way to take home a piece of the Lower Saxony Day in Osnabrück. Whether you're a local or a visitor, this etching is a perfect keepsake that celebrates the spirit of Osnabrück and Lower Saxony.
