Rumors suggest a potential act of kindness from Roo in the latest Home and Away episodes, as they attempt to aid the struggling Cohen who finds himself homeless.
In the popular Australian soap opera, "Home and Away," airing weekdays at 1:45pm on Channel 5, a new storyline unfolds as Roo Stewart (Georgie Parker) is approached for emergency foster care. Sergeant David Langham (Jeremy Lindsay Taylor) seeks her help for a homeless boy named Cohen (Nathan Murray), whose mother, Samantha Luther (Heidi May), has been arrested.
The decision to ask Roo Stewart to be a temporary foster mother for Cohen was made by Dean Thompson (not specified). Cohen is understandably upset when he sees his mother taken away by police.
Meanwhile, in the medical world of the series, Dana Matheson (Ally Harris) is not impressed that Jo Langham (Maddison Brown) secured the cardiac job she wanted at Northern Districts Hospital. Sonny Baldwin (Ryan Bown) tries to be supportive of Dana.
At Manta Ray Boards, Lacey Miller (Sophea Pennington) is struggling with her new job. Mali Hudson (Kyle Shilling), the surf shop boss, is there to guide her. Lacey turns to her surfing boyfriend, Theo Poulos (Matt Evans), for help with her job woes.
Roo Stewart has a past experience with a disturbed foster teenager named Eliza Sherwood. This might give her an edge in understanding and helping Cohen through his difficult times.
