Russian airstrike claims at least four lives, including a child in Ukrainian territory
In the heart of Kyiv, a multi-story residential building was reduced to rubble, leaving two fatalities and 11 injured, as reported by Mayor Vitali Klitschko. Former Ukrainian ambassador to Germany, Andrij Melnyk, sees the current discussions about sending German or European peacekeeping troops to Ukraine as a "sham debate."
